Pre-ordering either edition unlocks the Treasure Basin accessory and the Legacy outfit early. The PS Store listing notes that both “can also be obtained through in-game progression”, so you don’t lose them by waiting (PS Store India). The game is also on the Epic Games Store; we couldn’t confirm a rupee price there. There’s no Xbox version announced.

All three are digital. We found no official boxed PS5 edition for India, so the PS Store is the only way to get it on console.

S-GAME’s own post gives the times: “Pre-load: Oct 27, 10 am Beijing Time / Oct 26, 7 pm PT Official game launch: Oct 29, 10 am Beijing Time / Oct 28, 7 pm PT” (S-GAME on X). India is two and a half hours behind Beijing, so that’s 7:30 AM IST for both. The post gives one preload time and doesn’t split it by platform, so check your PS5 or PC from 7:30 AM on 27 October.
Don’t be thrown by Steam showing 28 October. That’s the US date for the same moment: PS Store India’s own data lists the release as 02:00 UTC on 29 October, which is 7:30 AM IST (PS Store India). The PlayStation Blog also says the game “launches on October 29”, with the note “October 28 in the US and select regions” (PlayStation Blog). It’s one global unlock, not a rolling midnight launch, so India gets it at the same moment as everyone else.
Some pages still show 9 September 2026. That date is out of date: S-GAME said in June that the game “will now launch on October 29, 2026, moved from its previous date of September 9, 2026” (S-GAME on Steam).

On PC, S-GAME says the game is “approximately 145 GB”. The extra space during preload is because “temporary files and the complete game files must coexist during the unlock process”, and usage then drops back to about 145 GB (S-GAME). For PS5, there’s no official size; a fan account that tracks PlayStation file sizes reported about 135 GB (reported by Final Weapon). These are best case times with the line holding full speed throughout, and a download this size would eat most mobile data plans. With two days between preload and launch, even a slow line has time, as long as you start on 27 October.

Both tiers need Windows 10 or 11 (64 bit) and DirectX 12, with upscaling on (Steam), and S-GAME’s own chart adds that ray tracing and path tracing are off at these settings.
