So ₹1 lakh buys an RTX 3050 with 6GB of VRAM, with a few thousand rupees to spare. The cheapest RTX 4050 we could order sits right at the line, and the newer RTX 5050 and RTX 5060 start ₹38,990 and more above it.

This is the one we’d buy for most people. It’s ₹89,990 on Amazon.in, sold by Clicktech Retail, and it showed a delivery date for both our Mumbai and Delhi pincodes. You get an RTX 3050 with 6GB of VRAM running at 65W, a 6 core Ryzen 5 7535HS, 16GB of DDR5 RAM and a 144Hz IPS screen.
It has two extras most laptops at this price skip. It has a MUX switch, which sends the graphics card’s frames straight to the screen and can add a few frames a second in games. And at 1.8 kg it’s joint lightest on this list with the Ryzen 7 model, with a year of accidental damage cover on top of the onsite warranty.
The catch is RAM: one 16GB stick and 16GB at most, so you can’t add more later (see the RAM chart below). It’s a new listing with only 2 ratings, but the seller, Clicktech Retail, also sells our Acer ALG pick, which has 109.

At ₹79,990 on Amazon.in from Clicktech Retail, this is the lowest price we found for a laptop with a 6GB RTX 3050. It’s back in stock after showing out of stock on 12 Oct, and it pairs the card with a Core i7 13620H, 16GB of RAM and a 144Hz screen.
The savings come from somewhere. Its screen covers 45% of the NTSC colour range, where the Lenovos claim 100% sRGB, so colours look duller. The listing shows 1 year of manufacturer warranty and no accidental damage cover. Amazon showed only 2 left and printed no delivery date for either pincode, so confirm the date before you pay. It has 109 ratings.

MSI Katana 15 RTX 3050: the most storage and a 75W card
The Katana is ₹97,800 on Amazon.in from LAPTOP_STORE, with a delivery date for both our pincodes and a 2 year onsite warranty. Flipkart showed the same model for ₹89,990 when we checked, so compare both on the day.
It’s the only pick with a 1TB SSD, and its RTX 3050 6GB runs at 75W against 65W in the Lenovos, per the same model’s Flipkart listing, which gives the card more room to hold its clocks. Lenovo says its Extreme Mode adds 10W, so the real gap may be smaller. The 16GB of DDR5 can grow to 64GB.
At 2.25 kg it’s heavier than both Lenovos. Amazon showed only 2 left.

Same body, screen and warranty as our value pick, and the same RTX 3050 6GB at 65W, but with an 8 core, 16 thread Ryzen 7 170. It’s ₹99,990 on Amazon.in from Clicktech Retail, ₹10,000 more than the Ryzen 5 model.
Those two extra cores don’t add much in games, where the RTX 3050 is the limit. They help when you compile code, run a local server and a browser full of tabs, or export video. That’s why it’s our pick for students who code and game on one laptop.

If you’d rather buy HP, this Victus 15 is ₹99,629 on Amazon.in from CloudNine India. It has a Core i5 13420H, a 6GB RTX 3050, 16GB of DDR4 and a 144Hz IPS screen. The title calls the RAM upgradeable, but the spec sheet lists 16GB as the maximum.
It’s the most reviewed pick here with 253 ratings. At 2.29 kg it’s the heaviest pick, and it costs about the same as the Ryzen 7 Lenovo, which has 16 processor threads to this one’s 12.

Acer Aspire 7: the RTX 4050 laptop closest to ₹1 lakh
This is the only RTX 4050 laptop we could order close to ₹1 lakh: ₹1,00,500 on Amazon.in from GLOBAL WORLD DEALS, ₹500 over the line. Flipkart listed the same model for less, but it wouldn’t deliver to our Mumbai or Delhi pincode.
The RTX 4050 is a newer and faster chip than the RTX 3050, with the same 6GB of VRAM. It also supports DLSS frame generation, which can smooth out newer games that offer it. It comes with an Intel Core 5 210H and 16GB of RAM.
Check stock before you decide: Amazon showed only 1 left on our last check, and the listing had just 4 ratings. If it sells out, the next RTX 4050 we found was the HP Victus at ₹1,07,390.

- VRAM. Look for 6GB on an RTX 3050. Many listings with the same name have the 4GB or 3050A chip.
- Seller. All six picks were sold by third party sellers when we checked. Read the seller rating and returns policy.
- Warranty type. Onsite means an engineer comes to you; carry in means you take it to a service centre.
- GST invoice. Make sure you get one in your name. You’ll need it for any warranty claim.
